Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how fees, cancellations and refunds work at SwarSampada Music Academy. By enrolling and paying fees, you agree to the points below. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions.

Try before you pay

Your first class is completely free. We genuinely want you to use this trial to decide that the course, the teacher and the schedule suit you before you pay any fees. It is the best way to be sure of your choice.

Fees are non-refundable

Once you enrol and pay, fees are not refundable and enrolments are not cancellable for a refund, whether or not all classes in the paid period are attended. Seats and teaching time are reserved for you when you enrol, which is why we offer the free trial first.

Missed classes

Fees paid for a missed class are not refunded. Where the timetable reasonably allows, your teacher may help you reschedule a missed class. Rescheduling is a goodwill gesture offered at the academy's discretion and is not guaranteed.

Payment errors

If a payment is charged twice, or money is deducted but your enrolment is not confirmed, please contact us promptly with the details. We will check it with our payment gateway (Razorpay) and return any genuine duplicate or failed-transaction amount to the original payment method.

Classes cancelled by us

If we cancel a class from our side and cannot reschedule it within the term, that class will be made up or adjusted in your favour.
